You need water, one kilogram of black honey, regular baking yeast. The product is prepared as follows:

1- 10 liters of boiling water.

2- Put a kilo of black honey on boiling water and leave it for at least 15 minutes.

3- Cover the water well in order for it not to be exposed to microbes.

4- After reaching room temperature, it is put in a plastic bottle.

5- Put 200 grams of regular yeast and leave it at a temperature of not less than 35 degrees Celsius for 6 days until it is fermented well.
